How much is the bus fare per ride?: See the answer

CITY LOOP is 260 yen for adults and 130 yen for children.
Port Loop is 210 yen for adults and 110 yen for children.
Are there any special tickets available?: See the answer

Kobe 1-day loop bus ticket and Kobe 2-day loop bus ticket are available for unlimited rides on both CITY LOOP and Port Loop. The 1-day ticket is 700 yen for adults and 350 yen for children, and the 2-day ticket is 1,000 yen for adults and 500 yen for children.
Where can I purchase special tickets?: See the answer

You can purchase them at the Information Center in front of JR Sannomiya Station and Shin-Kobe Station, and at the Shinki Bus Kobe Sannomiya Bus Terminal.
Is eating and drinking allowed on the bus?: See the answer

Please refrain from eating or drinking strong-smelling stuff that may disturb other guests.
If I lose my ticket, can it be reissued?: See the answer

If you lose your boarding pass, it cannot be reissued.
If I purchase a Kobe 2-day loop bus ticket and use it for only one day, can I get a refund?: See the answer
